Our Guiding Scout Promise

"On my honour, I promise to do my duty to society and our shared environment, to help other people at all times, to obey the Scout Law, and to protect the wellbeing and dignity of every youth explorer."

SPN operates under modern youth welfare principles, combining time-tested scouting traditions with contemporary child protection protocols.

We prioritize practical education: first aid, disaster readiness, environmental afforestation, and ethical patrol leadership.

Uncompromising Safety

Every troop excursion and meeting strictly adheres to two-deep adult leadership and vetted safeguarding standards.

Inclusive Fellowship

Open to youth from all backgrounds regardless of origin, creed, or economic standing. Merit badges earned on skill.

Civic & Disaster Relief

Training youth to be active civic first responders during floodings, cyclones, heatwaves, and community emergencies.

Transparency Regarding Organizational Status

Scout Protective Network is an independent non-governmental organization registered under applicable civil societies statutes in Bangladesh. SPN maintains no formal endorsement or institutional affiliation with Bangladesh Scouts or the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) unless confirmed by public bilateral decree.
