Terms of Use & Member Code of Conduct

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Scout Protective Network (SPN) platform, enrolling as a member, or applying for leadership roles, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, our Child Protection Policies, and the Scout Law.

2. Notice of Non-Affiliation

Scout Protective Network is an independent scouting organization operating in Bangladesh and international communities. SPN does not claim official endorsement or charter from Bangladesh Scouts or the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) without documented bilateral authorization. Members must not misrepresent SPN credentials as WOSM or Bangladesh Scouts credentials.

3. Member Obligations & Safety Conduct

All members and leaders must uphold mutual respect, honest conduct, and strict two-deep supervision rules. Bullying, hazing, harassment, abusive language, or discrimination will result in immediate suspension and revocation of membership.

4. Credential Integrity

Official digital membership passes and certificates may only be issued by the SPN server registry. Any unauthorized forging, replication, or falsification of digital verification QR codes will be reported to legal authorities.
