Safeguarding & Youth Protection Center
At Scout Protective Network, the physical, psychological, and emotional safety of every young person is our highest organizational imperative. Every leader is vetted, every camp is risk-assessed, and all reports are treated with absolute confidentiality.

Notice: This platform is not a 24/7 crisis dispatch service. If you suspect an ongoing act of child abuse, physical peril, or life-threatening emergency, immediately call the official services:
• Bangladesh National Emergency: 999
• Bangladesh National Child Helpline: 1098
Our Core Protection Protocols:
1. Mandatory Two-Deep Leadership: An adult leader is never permitted to be alone with a single youth member outside the visual presence of another verified adult.
2. Vetted Recruitment: Background checks, character references, and identity verification are prerequisites before any adult volunteer receives troop assignment.
3. Strict Incident Confidentiality: Reports go directly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead and remain inaccessible to general staff or public logs.
Zero Tolerance on Abuse
Any act or allegation of physical abuse, emotional bullying, sexual exploitation, or discrimination results in immediate suspension pending formal statutory investigation.
Confidential Whistleblowing
Scouts, parents, and volunteers can submit reports anonymously or with contact details. Whistleblowers are strictly protected against retaliation.
Independent Escalation
If an allegation involves senior leadership, reports are independently routed to external legal counsel and statutory child protection authorities.
