Program Pillar 1
Youth Leadership & Patrol Governance
The heart of scouting is empowering young individuals to lead themselves and their peers with empathy, humility, and ethical backbone.

The Patrol Method in Action
Instead of adult-directed instruction, scouting places youth into self-reliant patrols of 6–8 members. Each patrol elects its own leader, plans meals, maintains equipment, and resolves challenges collaboratively.
